M family thinks this is a yummy rich pie. It is very rich though so don't make it if you don't like really chocolatey things. Put Oreos into Ziploc. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and cookie halves just before serving.
For those of you having trouble with the pudding layer make sure you do not make the pudding per the directions on the box.
